How we work- approaches used

These are some of the tools available during your visit.  Each session is individually tailored as it evolves.

Guided visualization/journeying.

Expressing/exploring thoughts and feelings through spontaneous art—no talent required.

Dialoguing with inner aspects of self.

Free-writing exercises—no skill required.  These are done without “thinking/planning” and are helpful for peeling away top layers.

Homework—10 minutes a day can make significant changes.

Guidance in meditation and contemplation.
